Hello, Bedheads - it's been a minute.

More like eighteen months, actually, since our last episode. And we're back for Season Four with new episodes every week, including this kickoff to examine what the science says about the intersection of sleep and sex.

We're doing it with -- wait, let's rephrase that right now -- we're getting into the subject with four giants in their fields. Dr. Michael Grandner from The University of Arizona, Dr. Jade Wu, sleep psychologist and the author of the brand new book, Hello Sleep. Dr. Wendy Troxel, senior behavioral and social scientist at the RAND Corporation and an adjunct faculty member in psychiatry and psychology at the University of Pittsburgh, and Cheryl Carroll who is, among myriad other things, a sex therapist at the Durham Women’s Clinic in Durham, North Carolina.
